Returns & Exchanges
Many of our pieces are made-to-order, so please take that into consideration when purchasing an item. All sales are final, there will be no exchanges or refunds on all sold items.

Fabrication Time
For made-to-order and custom pieces, production times vary. These may take 2-10 weeks to make depending on the design and complexity. Fabrication times will often be stated in item listings. Do take note, however, these can be prone to delays due to various reasons but we will try to get your piece to you as fast as we can!
Rushed orders - If you need a piece to be rushed or delivered by a certain date for an event or gift, do let us know prior to ordering so we can discuss a suitable timeline for this.
Custom Jewellery
Custom pieces involve liaising with you, the customer, research, sourcing of materials and photography during the consultation phase. It can sometimes become a lengthy process but your one-of-a-kind piece will be worth it!

Please note that we currently do not work with customers' stones.
Repairs & Resizing
If your piece needs to be repaired, have parts replaced or resized, please contact us to enquire about your piece. Additional charges will be involved in repairs and resizing, assessed individually.
